CrewDecide is a fast, visual polling platform designed to help creators, teams, and individuals get real feedback before making important decisions. Create a poll in minutes, share the link, and see results in real time — no complicated setup required.
No account is needed to create a basic poll. Just hit 'Create Poll', add your question and options, and share your link immediately. However, creating a free account lets you save your polls to a dashboard, build crews, send polls to groups, and track your reputation over time.
By default, anyone with the link can vote — no account needed. If you want more trusted feedback, you can restrict voting to registered CrewDecide users only when setting up your poll.
Crews are your trusted groups of people — your team, your family, your fans. Once you create a crew and add members, you can send any poll directly to the whole crew by email with one click. Each member gets a personal vote link and everyone's feedback comes back to your dashboard automatically.
Every poll has a unique vote link you can copy and share anywhere — text message, email, social media, Discord, Slack, wherever your audience is. On mobile, there's a native share button. You can also send directly to a crew from your dashboard.
No. CrewDecide tracks voters to prevent duplicate votes. Anonymous voters are tracked by a secure browser key, and registered users are tracked by their account. One person, one vote.
Private polls (the default) are only accessible to people who have your direct vote link — they never appear publicly. Public polls can be submitted for review and, if approved by our moderation team, will appear on the CrewDecide community homepage where anyone can discover and vote on them.
We manually review all polls before they appear on the public feed. This keeps the community feed high quality and free from spam or inappropriate content. We typically review submissions within 24 hours. Your poll is live and shareable with your private link during this time.
You can upload images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and MP4 videos to any poll option. This is especially useful for thumbnail A/B tests, logo choices, product comparisons, or anything visual. Text-only polls work just as well for questions, song choices, or date decisions.
CrewDecide tracks two separate reputation scores — a Voter Score (earned by voting on polls and leaving comments) and a Creator Score (earned by creating polls). As your scores grow you unlock levels like Participant, Contributor, Builder, and Creator. These are a fun way to recognize your engagement in the community — no pressure, just a nice bonus.
You can edit the poll title, description, and option labels at any time. Once votes have been cast, you cannot add or remove options or change media — this protects the integrity of the results. If you need to make structural changes, we recommend creating a new poll.
Yes. You can close any of your polls from the dashboard or results page at any time. Closed polls stop accepting new votes but the results remain visible. You can also set an automatic expiry date when creating a poll.
Yes — CrewDecide is completely free during our current beta period. We plan to introduce optional paid plans in the future for power users who need advanced features, but a generous free tier will always be available.
